2013 ASUU Strike Update: ASUU Strike To Be Called Off

I was jubilating as if Nigeria win the World Cup when I heard in the news that the Academic Staff Union of Universities - ASUU and the Federal Government- FG have come to conclusion of matter.  This was confirmed by the Supervising Minister of Education, Nyesom Wike.

He further disclosed to the journalists that the issues between the ASUU and the Federal Government- FG has finally been resolved. So, ASUU has been ordered all the lecturers and the school to go on strike till the FG meets their agreement and demands.

For 5 solid months, students across the federation have been at home. ASUU wanted nothing but the best for the country and its educational standard.

The president of ASUU, Dr. Fagge has also confirmed the peaceful resolution of the matter. He said that the ASUU 2013 Strike will be called off next week which happen to be the third week of December.

To God be all the Glory.
