2012/2013 IMSU 2nd Supplementary List Now Out

This is to inform you all especially the prospective students of the Imo State University, Owerri that the IMSU management has released the 2nd Supplementary Admission List for all to view.

If you are yet to see your name on the previous admission lists, then check out this latest one. You can check your admission status online using the same scratch card that was used during for the checking of their Post UTME result.

But note that if you can't find your used card, you will have to buy another one.

Welcome to another fantastic post about Imo state University popularly known as IMSU. Well, I know that some guys out there will by now be looking at every development coming from the IMSU community. We are here to inform you that the IMSU is likely to release another list. We are sure about it and we get you posted once it is out.

What another list? You asked. Well, we got that and this is just to tell those that are losing the faith steam to hold steadfast. The New Admission list will be released any moment from now. I mean this December. It will be a month to remember. Pray that your name appears on this list. It is just like a supplementary list. Pray.

IMSU Appoints New Vice Chancellor

It seems the varsities are changing their Vice chancellor for one reason or the other. Imo State University is not an exceptional. We noted that the former Vice Chancellor of IMSU that is Professor BEB Nwoke is no longer in the position.

In a search for a new breed that fits perfectly for the seat, there emerges Professor  A. Awuziewho is an IMO-state origin who hails from Umuzike in Orlu is now the new Vice Chancellor of IMSU.

From what we read concerning the removal of the ex, we were informed that the ex has skeleton in his cupboard. He is said to have display gross irregularities, corruption, nepotism and lots more in the school.

2012/2013 IMSU Pre Degree Entrance Form Now Out

This goes to those that  couldn't get a slot of the admission into the Imo State University popurlarly known as IMSU. If you fall into this category, you can give this advice a trial.

The IMSU school management is now selling the 2012/2013 IMSU Pre Degree entrance form in preparation for the next academic year admission. For the sake of those that don't know what pre degree is all about.

Pre degree is like going to the school for a year of study and after the year, you will be given an exam to determine is you will be going to be given admission for the next academic year.

You canget your Imo State University (IMSU) Pre Degree form at the school campus. And it goes for nothing less than N6,500.00 (Six Thousand Five Hundred Naira Only).

This is like a second chance admission...So, give it a try.

This is to inform you that the Imo State University Official cut off marks has been  released by the school management. If you are among those that sat for the post utme examination, you are hereby advised to go to the school and check the cut off marks on the board that it was pasted.

We announced to you all about the release of the IMSU post utme result here.Many if not thousand have been having problem or issue with the checking of their post utme Imsu performances and it is not good.

I understand how you feel and I really want you all to relax as the school team in the  Zellance ICT department are up to the task. They have come to your rescue. 2011/2012 IMSU NYSC Batch 'B' List Released

Do you know that the Imo state universityalso called IMSU that is located in Owerri, Imo state  has finally released the 2011/2012 NYSC Batch 'B' list.


The list was pasted recently. You can see the full- list at the Students' Affairs department. If you are qualified, you are  advised to go and complete your clearance exercise now before it is too late.

And also note that the IMSU NYSC Call-up letters will been coming in any moment from now. So, let's get prepared. Ready to go...

2011/2012 IMSU 1st Semester Exam Begins

This is to inform all the students that the management of IMSU has announced the date for the first semester examination to take place.

The 2012 time table for the examination is out and you can see it at the school main library.

First of all, the final year students will begin their examination comes on the 21th of May, 2012.


While the 100 Level students of IMSU will starts their comes the 11th of June of same year.

2011/2012 Imo State University Matriculation Date Announced

This is to inform the general public on the updates concerning the Imo State University (IMSU). The management of the school  has announced that the date for the matriculation ceremony to take place will be on the 20^th of April, 2012.

Please be warned that there are evil possessed bodies that are also known as the cultists. They are likely to carry out evil agenda such as robbing and stealing especially at the Bishop’s court and the back gate. Please, be vigilant and be on the alert.

2012 IMSU Pre-Degree Resumption Date Announced

This is to draw your attention to the latest information concerning the Imo State University -IMSU. If you are a student of Imo State University that Pre-degree,  please note that your school activities will resumption after the easter celebration is over. 

You are to be in the school as Lectures/classes will begin comes 16th of April, 2012.
Currently, there has not been any change concerning the resumption date above.
