2012/2013 POST-UTME SCREENING EXERCISE

A.            ELIGIBILITY
All candidates who met the National Cut-Off Mark and made The Polytechnic, Ibadan one of their choices (Most Preferred, More Preferred, Preferred) in the 2012/2013 UTME as well as those who are interested in changing to The Polytechnic, Ibadan.

B.            GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS AND PROCEDURE FOR THE SCREENING EXERCISE

WHERE TO GET IBADAN POLY SCRATCH CARD?

1.             Candidates are expected to obtain Scratch Card(s) at designated banks within the school premises.

2.             Candidates are to visit The Polytechnic, Ibadan website and follow the steps below to make payment on-line and print their slips.

                There are two (2) categories of applicants:-

                FIRST CATEGORY:
        Applicants who made The Polytechnic, Ibadan their 1st choice (either Most Preferred, More Preferred or Preferred) and are applying for Post-UTME;

                SECOND CATEGORY:
                               Applicants who made The Polytechnic, Ibadan their 2nd choice (either as Most Preferred, More Preferred or Preferred) and those who did not choose The Polytechnic, Ibadan and are applying for change of Institution and THEREAFTER the Post-UTME.

                               Candidates in the second category are to purchase CHANGE OF INSTITUTION SCRATCH CARDS and should first follow procedure (ii) before (i) as stated below.

             

(i)            APPLICANTS FOR POST-UTME SCREENING
1.             Visit The Polytechnic, Ibadan website i.e. www.polyibadan.edu.ng
2.             Click on Post-UTME Screening
3.             Log-in with your SERIAL NO and PIN CODE
4.             Complete the application form as appropriate; Upload your Passport; Supply your Phone No and E-mail address.
5.             Submit to print  your Slip.

(ii)           APPLICANTS FOR CHANGE OF INSTITUTION
1.             Visit The Polytechnic, Ibadan website i.e. www.polyibadan.edu.ng
2.             Click on Change of Institution
3.             Login with your SERIAL NO and PIN CODE
4.             Complete  the application form as appropriate
5.             Apply for POST-UTME by following the steps in Application Procedure.

OTHER AVAILABLE COURSES
          Candidates who are interested in the following National Diploma (ND) programmes can now apply by completing the online form:

                *              Local Government Studies
                *              Fashion Design and Clothing Technology
                *              Business Administration and Management
                *              Marketing
                *              Purchasing and Supply
                *              Mechanical Engineering Technology

DEADLINE:             Friday 8th June, 2012.

2012 Ibadan Polytechnic Registration Deadline

This is to inform you about the  2012 Ibadan Polytechnic Registration  Deadline . The school had resumed fully on 21st of May, 2012.

Ibadan Poly made it public that the registration execise for 2nd semester will only last for 1 week after the resumption date. If you don't get your registration process done within the first week after resumption date above then you will be slated for the late registration that will commences the second week.

You are all advised to go and get your registration done in order to avoid the late registration penalties.

2012 Ibadan Poly Resumption Date Postponed

This is to bring to your hearing about the postponing of the resumption date of the Polytechnic of Ibadan. You are to know that the management has announced the new date for the full resuming of the polytechnic activities.

It was earlier published that the school will resume on 7th May, 2012 but now, the new date for Ibadan poly resumption is  21st of May 2012 after a mid semester break on the 9th of April.

If you are a student of Ibadan polytechnic, please take note and also inform your friends.

Ibadan Polytechnic Resumption Date Announced

More and more updates are reaching us from all parts of  Nigerian polytechnics. We got to know that the the Ibadan Polytechnic has announced the resumption date for the  2nd semester. The Ibadan poly resumes for 2012 academy session on 7th of May, 2012.

Ibadan Polytechnic Registration Deadline Announced

Ibadan Polytechnic has alerted us that the general public and the aiming student should note that the registration process will end on the 31st of January, 2012.
