2012 Unilag NYSC Batch "C" Mobilization Exercise

This is to inform the general public and the affected students of the University of Lagos that the  Students’ Affairs Division is now processing the list of Prospective corps Members for the 2012 Batch “C” mobilization exercise.

Students’ Affairs Division is making sure that the  list this time is an error free one. Therefore, the Division is now calling on all graduates that are not mobilized for the Batch “B” to confirm their inclusion and details on the list posted on the University of Lagos -UNILAG website and at the Students’ Affairs Division, with effect from Monday, 10th – Friday, 14th September, 2012.   Further enquiry should be made in writing to the Dean, Students’ Affairs Division.


NOTE: Students who fail to comply to the instruction would be responsible for their omission from the list.

NYSC Opens Batch "B" Orientation Camp

This is to inform those that are yet to know about the latest concerning the 2012 NYSC Opens Batch "B" Orientation Camp details.

We noted that the Batch "B" Orientation Camp will be open comes the 2nd of July, 2012 and along side with details.

NYSC board also stated some information concerning those that are posted to the Yobe and Borno states. The board said that  if you are a corp posted to either Yobe or Borno state, you'll  have your orientation in

FG Will Pay NYSC Members Delayed Allowance Soon

This is to inform the general public that the Minister of Youth Development, Mr. Bolaji Abdullahi , has made an announcement on the development concerning the corps members across the country that had their allowances delayed.


He explained to them that the delay was  not deliberate. It came up as a result of the transition to a new accounting system. The transition to the new and better secured integrated payroll payment system, as part of government's commitment to transparency and accountability.
