University of Ilorin -UNILORIN- Admits 6,926 Candidates

This is to keep all our readers out there informed that the University of Ilorin on the 5th of January, 2011 has admitted about 6,926 out of 22,969 that passed their  post-UME exam recently.

At the event, Professor  Is-haq Oloyede being the Vice-chancellor of the university  said that this occurred because of the school limited capability. This session, the total students that sat for the examination is 39,040 . Out of this figure, the school Unilorin was able to get about 22,696 candidates that met the general minimum requirement or passed the test that is 50 percent grade and above.
Prof. Is-haq O. Oloyed, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Ilorin

He said and I quote,
"Religion is all advice and advice is useless if it is not used. If you look before you leap, you won't step on the wrong side of the law and everything will be alright with you. Expulsion is the simplest reward for keeping bad companies at the university. For you to belong to any club or honour any invitation from a club, you must be sure that the club is one of those registered in the university."

He also advised students to stay off bad companies and attitudes. Because the school will not  tolerate any bad conduct. This is verifiable from our antecedents. He concluded by saying that the  university is consistently after excellence in scholarship and good behavior.
