All About 2012/2013 Bayero University Kano -BUK Post UTME

This is to inform all those that are interested in studying in the Bayero University located in the heart of Kano that is popularly known as BUK that the school is now calling all interested candidates to start their registration for the 2012 Post Utme examiantion. If you chose Bayero University, Kano -BUK as your 1st Most Preferred Choice in the Jamb  utme examination, then your are eligible but read the below to see if you meet all requirement of eligibility.

DATE Of 2012 BUK Examination
The 2012/2013 BUK post utme examination has been scheduled to come up on the 10th - 12th of September, 2012.


Venue Of 2012 BUK Examination
The examination will be conducted at the BUK University Campus along Gwarzo road by 9:00 AM on each day.

Eligibility
Before you can be consider eligible for the 2012 BUK examination. you must have at least 180 and above for the programmes in the faculties such as

• Agriculture
• Art and Islamic studies
• Education
• Sciences

If you scored nothing less than  200 and above, you can apply for programmes in the faculties such as

• Law

• Social and management science
• Engineering
•  Medicine (Except MBBS candidates - 220 and Above)

  As a candidate, you are strongly advised to be at the new campus on or before 8:00 AM for your advantage.


Time-Table for 2012 BUK Examination

DAY1: Monday 10th September, 2012... Biological Sciences.

These comprises applicant for the faculty of medicine, P.H.C, biological science, chemistry, biochemistry, Education and faculty of agriculture; all programmes in the faculty of Engineering, physic, maths computer science, Technical education. Math education, education science, education physics/geography

DAY2: Wednesday 12th September, 2012... Laws, Arts and All Education Art.
This include candidates for the following programmes; all course at faculty of law, course at arts and Islamic studies, Adult education, special education, library sciences and all education art courses


How To Register For 2012/2013 BUK Post Umte Examination.

Payment for the exercise will commence as from Wednesday 22nd August and close by Friday 7th Sept. 2012

To fill the form;
*Kindly log onto www.buk.edu.ng and click
*Post utme registration
*Log in with your utme registration number and your total aggregates
*Upload your picture and your bio-data
*Proceed to download your PAYMENT INVOICE.
*Go to zenith bank nation wide and pay no-refundable fee of #2,500(being cost of screening and administrator charges)
*Return to the portal and print out your EXAM CARD(preview and confirm your information b4 printing the exam card.

N.B: Applicant are to come along to the screening centre with following materials
*EXAM CARD (photocard)
*2B pencils and Eraser

PLEASE NOTE THAT
 

• Applicant that had chosen BUK as their 2nd choice need not to register as they are already disqualified.

• Candidate whose utme subject combination is wrong for the programme applied need not to register as they are already disqualified.

Once again payment at zenith bank will close at Friday 7th and the school portal will shutdown at midnight Sunday Sept. 2012.
