This is another alert hitting our desk concerning the Benue State University, Markudi -BSUM. The school has decided to start the 2012/2013 Post-UTME screening exercise. It has been announced by the school management to come up on the 8th - 9th of June, 2012.
The school is also using this opportunity to invites interested candidates.
If you chose the Benue State University BSUM as either as First or/and Second Choice, please go to the school and start your registration processing immediately.
The Post UTME Screening Exercise for admission of candidates into undergraduate programmes of Benue State University, Makurdi for the 2012/2013 academic session has been scheduled to take place as between Friday, 8th and Saturday, 9th June, 2012. Accordingly, candidates who chose the Benue State University as Most Preferred First and More Preferred Second Choices are advised to report to the University for the Exercise.
2 Eligibility
Candidates that chose Benue State University, Makurdi as their Most Preferred First Choice and More Preferred Second Choices and scored 180 in their UTME are eligible to sit for the Post UTME screening, except for MBBS programme where only candidates who scored 200 points and above shall be eligible. Note, However, that for candidates who chose as their Most Preferred First Choice and More Preferred Second Choice the MBBS programme and scored a minimum of 180 points, but below 200 points shall be allowed to be screened under programmes in the Faculty of Science where their UTME subject combinations are applicable.
3. Candidates are to print the 2012/2013 time table for the Post UTME Screening Exercise on the university website: www.bsum.edu.ng

PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENT & REGISTRATION
Candidates shall be required to:
i. Pay a non-Refundable fee to Benue State University, Makurdi Online in any of the designated banks using their UTME Registration Number as User ID and Password as follows;.
Screening fee - N1,000.00
Processing fee - N1,500.00
Total - N2,500.00

register Online for the Post UTME screening exercise at the designated
Centres on Campus from 30th May to 7th June, 2012.
iv. Proceed with the Online registration Print-out and receipt of payment to the Faculty of your programme of choice for documentation and signing by the Dean of the Faculty. v. Produce JAMB UTME Online Result Slip with a recent passport photograph affixed to be submitted during the Screening Exercise.
vi. Candidates are advised to adhere strictly to the schedule and their choices of programmes at UTME.

- Applicants are to pay the sum of N 2,500.00 at the selected banks and collect payment reciept.
- The applicant will the enter his/her JAMB number in the box provided by the left and complete his/her Bio data. (NB. They do not need any pin to login)
- After completing Bio data, they will print the acknowledgement slip and take it to their respective faculties for verification and signing.
- The date for Aptitude test will be 8th - 9th June, 2012..
- After the aptitude test, candidates will login through this Post UTME menu to view their aptitude test scores.
