I.E.D Bombs Went Off In UNIJOS Campus

Boko Haram men are still much active with their evil works as they had planted 3 explosive devices at the Unijos campus recently. Out of the 3, two of the improvised explosive devices  (I.E.D) was planted under a mango tree behind C block, Naraguta male hostel of the University of Jos.


According to report  we were told that the two explosive exploded with a loud bang  on Sunday night but the third I.E.D explosive couldn't exploded. Only God knows why. Thank God the police anti bomb squad came to detonated it.

We also noted that the I.E.D were not far from the ground floor of the bathroom and  after the explosion of the first two I.E.Ds, students ran out ofr their dear lives.

"The three IED's were connected by a wire, but only two went off while the third explosive was connected to a timer. We immediately contacted the police, Special Task Force, State Security Service and the university security. The anti bomb squad came around 11 pm and detonated the third explosive," he said.
