Adeleke University was chartered by the Federal Government of Nigeria through the National Universities Commission (NUC) to operate as a private University. The University is at
the second year of its establishment, fully residential to students and located in a serene environment, conducive for learning with highly qualified and committed members of
staff, well equipped laboratories, classrooms, digital library and wireless internet facilities on campus.
Prospective candidates are employed to register for the 2013 JAMB-UTME examination, choosing Adeleke University as first and
or second choices of institution.
GENERAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualification for the Degree Programme is 5 credits including English Language, Mathematics and any three other
relevant subjects at the WASC/NECO/NABTEB Examinations or their equivalent (at not more than 2 sittings). Credit in
Mathematics is NOT required for programmes like English Studies, History and International Studies, Diplomatic Studies, Religious
Studies, Political Science, Public Administration, Information Resource Management and Library Science. Candidates awaiting
O’Level results will be required to present acceptable qualification on resumption and before matriculation.

PRE-DEGREE PROGRAMME
Candidates with 4 credits at the WASC/NECO/NABTEB Examinations or their
equivalent are qualified to apply.
APPLICATION
 Prospective candidates for undergraduate degree programmes must
register for the 2013 JAMB-UTME, making Adeleke  University as first
and/or second choice(s) of institutions.
 Candidates seeking admission through  Direct Entry are to also apply
through JAMB.
 Candidates for Pre-Degree admission should download the application
form from our website www.adelekeuniversity.edu.ng
The downloaded forms should be completed and submitted at the Registry  of
Adeleke University, Ede  with a payment Bank teller of a non-refundable fee of
N5,000 paid into any of the following Adeleke University bank accounts:
UNITY Bank : 0018144561;           FIRST BANK: 2017905538 OR
                                  WEMA Bank: 0122041213
All properly completed application forms and photocopies of birth certificates, 2
copies of O’Level results, 5 recent passport photographs, and other relevant
documents must be RETURNED directly to the REGISTRAR, ADELEKE UNIVERSITY,
Ede, Osun State.
Other application procedures and Post-UTME Screening information will be
communicated on the University website and other media immediately after the
2013 JAMB-UTME.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:
 40% reduction in tuition fee for Religious Studies Programme.
 Payment of school fees in four (4) instalments.

DIRECT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
NCE at credit level and OND with minimum of Lower Credit from
any recognized institution.
Two ‘A’ Level passes and five (5) credit passes at  WASC
/NECO/NABTEB or equivalent in relevant subjects listed under
each programme.
Diploma from other recognized Institution are acceptable.
