The management of the Delta State University (DELSU) has announced in a publication about the precised date for the 2012/2013 DELSU Matriculation ceremony. The DELSU management has made everything ready for the 2012/2013 DELSU matriculation ready. As you know that matriculation is a memorable event for newly admitted students.
