Students of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma and their parents/guardians are hereby informed of the adjusted academic calendar for the 2012/2013 academic session. For the avoidance of doubt, the calendar is hereby reproduced below for the guidance of all our students and their parents/guardians. Sunday, 16th December, 2012 - Fresh Students come into Halls of residence. Monday, 17th December, 2012 - Clearance and Orientation for fresh students begin. Sunday, 6th January, 2013 - Old Students come into Halls of residence. Monday, 14th January, 2013 - First Semester lectures/Orientation/course Registration for students begins Monday, 28th January, 2013     - Normal course registration for students end. - Friday, 1st February, 2013 - MATRICULATION Friday, 8th February, 2013 - Late Course registration for all students end. Monday, 25th February, 2013 - Mid-Semester Test. Friday, 5th April, 2013   - First Semester Lectures end. Friday, 12th April, 2013 - First Semester Examinations begin with GST Courses Friday, 3rd May, 2013   - First Semester Examinations end B          R          E          A          K Sunday, 12th May, 2013 - Students come into Halls of residence. Monday, 13th May, 2013 - Second Semester lectures begin Monday, 17th June, 2013 - Mid-Semester Test. Friday, 19th July, 2013 - Second Semester Lectures end. Friday, 26th July, 2013 - Second Semester Examinations begin with GST Courses. Friday, 16th August, 2013 - Second Semester Examinations end Friday, 6th September, 2013 - Faculty Boards of Examiners meet to consider results. Friday, 13th September, 2013 to Friday, 20th September, 2013             - Business Committee of Senate meets to consider results Monday, 23rd to Wednesday, 25th September, 2013. - Extra-ordinary meetings of Senate to consider results/end of session In effect, all concerned are to note that Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma has commenced the 2012/2013 academic session in earnest.
