UNILAG electronic-Tax Clearance Card Deadline

All members of staff of the University of Lagos who are yet to submit their Lagos State Government electronic-Tax Clearance Card (e-TCC) Application Form are hereby advised to do so on or before Wednesday,March 20, 2013 for onward submission to Lagos State Internal Revenue Service for processing. The Card is the only evidence of payment of tax to the Lagos State Government. Holders of the card are safe from any form of embarrassment on Tax Clearance Certificate from Lagos State Agencies such as LASTMA. INSTRUCTION Download the e-TCC application form from: www.lasg-ebs-rcm.com; Fill and submit the Form along with one passport photograph and photocopies of December 2012 Payslip and Staff I.D.Card to: Salaries and Wages Unit, 1st Floor, Senate House, Main Campus, Akoka. Please note that members of staff who have already collected the card need not fill the form as the e-TCC has a 10-year validity period.
