Strike they say is not the way but all the same, it is just to express some group of people's intention. After ASUU has suspended its strike that crippled universities activities for couple of months. The SSANU has also decided to take up their part too on the Federal Government.
The SSANU says they expected the Government about the 35 years service clause in the Universities Miscellaneous Act of 1993. The Union also told the Government that they are ready to go on strike if its demand to remove the clause from the amended law was not met.
But the main issue that is bothering is that, Will SSANU Carry Out Their Threat And Go On Strike?
An Africa adage says that when two elephants are in bout, the grass beneath them will suffer.
First of all, ASUU strike came and lasted for more than two months and this was just called off almost a week ago. Now It is the turn of SSANU. May God help us in Nigeria and our educational system.
Editor's Note: Na only God go save Jona, my father's brother from the hands of strikes and bombs. May God grant you the wisdom to paddle the Nigerians to a safe and promised land. Naija ...I Hail Oo oo . Lol
