The school admin I mean above is the Admission Office of the school. You should hold with you both Original and photocopy of your SSCE results. The second question's answer depending on the course you are offering. Best of all, The Uniuyo are still in the best position to tell you all they need from you. If you have friend or close relative over there, you can tell him or her to check it out for you and make inquiries on it. Thanks
