This is to give notice to all members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife that the election into the local Executive Branch will be conducted on Thursday 28 March, 2013.
The following offices are open for election:
The Chairperson
The Vice-Chairperson
The Secretary
The Assistant Secretary
The Treasurer
The Financial Secretary
The Internal Auditor
The Welfare Officer
The Investment Secretary
To be eligible to run as a branch officer, a member must:
i. Not be on Sabbatical, leave of absence or study leave
ii. Not be a student in any university in Nigeria
iii. Be a confirmed staff
iv. Be an active member of the union
v. Not have been found guilty of any anti union activities
vi. Not have been related in any form of financial related misconduct or indictment

Deadline for submission of Completed Form is Tuesday 12 March, 2013.
