This is to inform the general public about the Federal University Dutse her first ever matriculation ceremony. The name of the school Vice-Chancellor is Professor Jibrilla Dahiru Amin( OFR)250 pioneer students will be unveiled in the matriculation that will take place on the 1st of August, 2012. 43 academic staff are currently on ground to start the 2012/2013 academic session with the students that are admitted. At present, only 5 courses will be teach.
They are the Faculty Agriculture, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and Faculty of Science. Faculty of Agriculture will offer Bsc Agric (Bachelor of Agriculture), Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences will offer B.A. English and B.SC Criminology while Faculty of Science offers B.SC Mathematics and B.SC Microbiology.”
Moreover, these pioneer students of Federal University Dutse will be having their lectures in a spacious and air -conditioned class rooms, a feat which is rare in most public university for undergraduate students in Nigeria.
The air-conditioned class rooms was shown to journalist by the when he took journalists on facility tour of the university on Wednesday after he performed a symbolic registration of a student in the faculty of Agriculture.
