Senate To Examine Unilag And Waec's Revenue

 Information reaching us that the University of Lagos known as UNILAG and the West Africa Examination Council also known as WAEC will have to table before the Senate Commitee on Education on how they got their revenue and expenditure.


The commitee also requested for the cost implication of the proposed change of name of the university to Moshood Abiola University, Lagos (MAULAG) by the federal government.

Chairman of the committee Uche Chukwumerije, said one expected that UNILAG should be earning three times better than it does if it is tapping from the opportunities offered by Lagos.
