Strikes can be prevented and avoided if the given conditions and demands are met at the time agreed by the two parties. We are sheilding more light on the issue of strike in the Nigerian Universities.
The union has presented her conditions to the FG before it can suspend her strike. The union also said that the strike has nothing to do with the new salary palava but wants the FG to invest in the universities as in the two parties agreement at N1.518,331, 545,304trillion from 2009 to 2011.
