As part of the
Human Resource Development initiative in the Niger Delta region of
Nigeria, The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), through the
directorate of Planning, Research and Statistics (PRS), has designed
and developed a Human Resource Database project.
This project is designed to acquire and provide vital
information on the employment status of Niger Delta indigenes. This
being done with a view to analyzing availability and spread of active
and reserve manpower and providing such data to interested and potential
employers as well as stakeholders.
