This is to inform the general public and students that are interested in studying at the University of Jos also called UNIJOS. The 2012/2013 post jamb will be a computer based examination. Registration can be done between the 4th to 9th of June, 2012.
You can complete your registration at the school site on www.unijos.edu.ng if you have chosen the school either first or second choice.

If you score 180 marks and above in the 2012 JAMB utme exam, then you are qualified for the UNIJOS Post Jamb. The school has announced the Venue & Time scheduled.  The place for the exam is the Multipurpose Auditorium, Bauchi Road Campus, University of Jos, Jos.

While the time for the computer based screening will starts at 8:00am daily.


Rules and Regulations to abide with.


You are to be in the screening centre one hour prior to the time your post jamb exam will start.


If you do not show up at the exam screening centre, then you are as good as one that is disqualified.


Witheld details and/or false informations will grants you instant disqualification.

Electronic devices such as mobile phones, smart phones and other will not be entertain. You will not be allowed to use them in the exam hall.

If you are with parents, guardians or anyone related to you, they will not be permitted to be with you in the exam hall.

No form of exam malpractice will be tolerated. If you are caugh, you will be handed over to the police and also have your processings disqualified.

Time-Table For The UNIJOS 2012/2013 Post Umte Jamb Exam

(i) Monday, 4th & Tuesday, 5th June 2012 - For candidates who applied for courses in the Faculties of: Medical Sciences, Pharmaceutical sciences, Natural Sciences, Environmental Sciences and Education Sciences & Technology. The following subjects will be examined: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics & Chemistry.

(ii) Wednesday, 6th & Thursday, 7th June 2012 - For candidates who applied for courses in the Faculties of: Social Sciences, Management Sciences & Education Social Sciences/Management Sciences. The following subjects will be examined: English Language, Mathematics, Economics & Government.

(iii) Friday, 8th & Saturday 9th June 2012 - For candidates who applied for courses in the Faculties of Law, Arts & Education Arts. The following subjects will be examined: English Language, History & Government.

The results of the Post-UTME screening will be available on the University of Jos website, www.unijos.edu.ng on Monday, 11th June 2012.

Important Instructions

(i) Each candidate shall pay a non-refundable fee of Two thousand Naira (N2, 000.00) only for the screening and for accessing the results.

Payment shall be made online at the University of Jos website by using ATM (Verve & MasterCard only) cards enabled for web-based payment from any of the following banks:
FIRST BANK PLC, ACCESS BANK PLC, KEYSTONE BANK PLC, ENTERPRISE BANK PLC, ECOBANK PLC, FIDELITY BANK PLC, FIRSTCITY MONUMENT BANK PLC, MAINSTREET BANK PLC, GUARANTY TRUST BANK PLC, DIAMOND BANK PLC, SKYE BANK PLC, STANBIC IBTC BANK PLC, STERLING BANK PLC, UNION BANK PLC, UNITED BANK FOR AFRICA PLC, UNITY BANK PLC, WEMA BANK PLC AND ZENITH BANK PLC.

(ii) Thereafter, a receipt number and a confirmation order number will be issued for online registration.

(iii) Log on to www.unijos.edu.ng for the registration procedures and proceed with registration.

(iv) Registration for the post-UTME screening is only concluded when the scheduling of the venue, date and time of the test is automatically generated for each candidate.

(v) Candidates should print out the schedule slip which must be brought along for the screening exercise.

(vi) Candidates are to come to the venue with copies of their JAMB result slip and the schedule slip only.

(vii) ALL ENQURIES SHOULD BE SENT TO admissions@unijos.edu.ng

(viii) A demonstration of the computer based test is on the University of Jos website: www.unijos.edu.ng.
