all d 9 new varsities are advertising 4 post utme but d stunin thing there is that d info i saw was 4 1st choice candidates only, does it mean dat 2nd choice candidates like us have no place?, cos there is no formal info on d second choice candidates. can some1 be of help

Why do you "Doctor" abi Native Doctor keep on deceiving innocent students on a school that is not even sure of starting academics this year. If you dont repent, the law will catch up with you one day.
And for those of you dat are being deceived. Have you ever seen any Uni organizing a PUTME without advertisement on any national dailies. 2nd have you seen any Higher Institution selling POSTUME FORM with WEBSITE. For example, check FEDUTUOKE BAYELSA STATE and see their advertisement and SCHOOL WEBSITE
