Federal University of Technology Owerri's 2011/2012 Post UTME result is to be released later in the week. Candidates who sat for the examination are adviced to check their results at www.futo.edu.ng and www.sidmach.com/futo (for engineering students).

Public Relations
Officer, PRO, Miss
Adaeze Okany,
said: “FUTO has
22,397 candidates
vying for 3,300
admission
placements for the
2011/2012 academic
session expected to
commence in
October. Added to
this number are over
8,000 candidates
who made FUTO
their second choice.
Okany noted that,
“All the candidates
must have scored
180 and above in the
last 2011 Unified
Tertiary Matriculation
Examination,” adding
that they must have
also completed the
registration form
before the
examination date.
Meanwhile, the
Admissions Officer,
Prof. Israel Ndukwe,
has warned parents
and guardians
against the
exchange of money
or any other form of
gratification for
admission.

Hello.i love your blog.but i have a question to ask.i made a mistake in my registration.i was to write transport mananagement and technology.but the person that made the registration mistakenly put environmental science and technology.during the exams period i was confused and i had to write both on environmental science and tech. Thanks for the comment, humble. I would love you to do just one thing. The thin gis that you will have to go to the senate or vice chancellor's office and narate your ordeal with some-one like your mum or dad or guidiance or someone elderly. Just admit that you made the error and pray to God. Also, be frank and ask them for the possible solution and you will get the solution in no time. Thanks for sharing your problem. More question, don't hesitate to ask.
if u score 178 in ur jamb and score up to 300 in ur post ume will u be able to gain admission in futo

@ EEE....there is an average chance that you will get an admission. Keep praying and believing. I know God will intervene in your case. Peace.
@188 in jamb...I would like you to visit the school since you said you did everything needed to be done. I had such experience with lasu in 2008. Till date, I never saw my post ume result. bUT i PRAY GOD WILL VISIT YOU AND HELP YOU OUT. Just go to the school and narrate your ordeal to them and they will surely help you to look for your exam script.
