Only 3,000 Offered Admission Out Of 15,501 Students

Do you know that out of about a number of 15,501 candidates that are desiring to obtain admission into the Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), just only 3,000 are admitted into the school? There are series of questions that came to my mind . Here are some of them.... "WHY THIS AGAIN?"...."WHAT WILL BE THE FATE OF OTHERS?" ....THOSE THAT ARE NOT TAKEN, "WHERE DO THE SCHOOL WANT THEM TO GO?".

Only 3,000 out of 15,501 candidates will be in the school for the 2011/2012 academic session. This is not helping at all. To be frank, the case needs a re-dress.

During the matriculation ceremony on Friday, the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Shamsudeen Amali said it in his speech. He said and I quote.

15,501 candidates chose Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK) as their first choice in their JAMB, but only 3,000 candidates were being offered admission.
He also advised the new matriculants to be serious with their studies, drug abuse, shun any kind of cultism, violence, examination malpractices, rape, indecent dressing, theft, sexual harassment and other wonts that are not go to the humanity at large.

He concluded by saying that every maticulant must get his or herself acquainted with the rules, regulations, and conditions that are in control in the school.
