Uniben Students Crowd Around Wema Banks In Benin

It was a beautiful and promising day in Benin before the day was turn into a war-like situation. What happened? You asked. Do you know that more than a thousand of the students of Management Science of the University of Benin (UNIBEN) on Friday surrounded all the branches of Wema Bank in Benin to pay their fees?

As early as 7:00 am in the morning, a large number of UNIBEN students surrounded the Mission Road branch of the bank. A report said that there was .......a long queues form by the students that stretched to the ever busy road.

The school announced to the student that their slogan for now is ‘no-school fees-no-examination regulation’. As a result, the students the branches of Wema Bank in order to beat the deadline.

The management of UNIBEN didn't inform the students on time. Just few weeks to the exams, the school management made the announcement. It seems this year the students can only pay their school fees in the WEMA bank branches across Benin. What a stress!
