Academic qualifications required:
Candidates should possess:
a. a minimum of Ph.D in the relevant fields
b. must have at least 9 years of teaching and research experience in the University system or any comparable research institution.
c. Must show academic excellence through publication in recognized local and international journals
d. Must show academic leadership through postgraduate supervision and be able to attract research grant from both local and international funding agencies.
Must be ready to lead various research groups within the department and the University as a whole
2. Lecturer I: Salary: CONUASS 04 – (N1,122,751.00 – N1,444,535.00)
Academic qualifications required:
Same as in 1 above with a minimum of 6 years experience

3. Lecturer II: Salary: CONUASS 03 – (N897,501.00 – N1,074,314.00)
Academic qualifications required:
Candidates should possess:
a. a minimum of Masters Degree in the relevant field with 2 years experience or Ph.D in the relevant fields
b. apart from teaching and research works, candidates with Masters Degree must qualify for a Ph.D programme.

4. Assistant Lecturer: Salary: CONUASS 02 – (N794,260.00 – N957,402.00)
Academic qualifications required:
Candidates should possess:
a. a good Masters Degree in the relevant fields from a recognized University
b. apart from teaching and research works, candidates must qualify for a Ph.D programme.

Registration with any of these professional bodies (ICA, ANUPA, NIM, CIPM ETC) is mandatory. Possession of Master’s degree will be an added advantage

Candidates should possess a Masters degree in Library Science (MLS) from a recognised University, with nine(9) years cognate experience plus eight (8) publications, five(5) of which must be journal articles in reputable learned journals. Membership of the Librarian Registration Council of Nigeria is also required.

Candidates should possess the same qualifications as for (i) above but with six (6) years cognate experience, plus four (4) journal articles in reputable learned journals. Membership of the Librarian Registration Council of Nigeria is also required.

b. A Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized University with nine (9) years working experience, out of which three (3) years must be from a tertiary institution plus membership of ARCON.
Cognate administrative experience is an added advantage.

Candidates should possess a good honours degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical) from a recognized University, with nine (9) years post-qualification experience plus registration with a recognized Professional body.

a. Candidates should possess a good honours degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized University plus nine (9) years cognate experience and must be registered with Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS); or

c. Surveying plus 12 years cognate experience and membership of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS)

a. Candidates should possess an MBBS plus completion of 1 year Housemanship and full registration by the Medical & Dental Council of Nigeria and NYSC.

Candidates should possess a B.Pharm or B.Sc Pharmacy degree from a recognized university.

a. Candidates should be members of the Nurses Registration Council of Nigeria (NRCN) or Nigerian Registered Midwives (NRM) with six (6) years post-registration experience or possess specialist qualification in intensive care nursing, coronary care nursing or public health; or
