FUTO Requirements For Clearance for PET Students
* Admission Letter
* Birth Certificate
* Local Government Certificate
* SSCE/NECO
* 2 Passport Photograph
* Letter of ATTESTATION (This is a letter giving by a clergy man or any reputable person in the society. It is a letter of your good conduct)
* 2 File JAKETS (1 for Original and 1 for Photocopies)
* Original JAMB RESULT SLIP
Don't forget you can change your ACCEPTANCE FEE TELLER by going to SOSC Extension Building inside FUTO.
Important Notice: You will still use the teller for clearance and for your Confirmation letter, to proceed goto THE ADMISSION OFFICE IN THE SENATE BUILDING
